How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched the following business day. Orders sent via standard shipping will be delivered within 3 to 8 business days from day of dispatch. Orders sent via express shipping will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days from day of dispatch.

How will I know my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed and payment is made, you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm your purchase.  

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

We use Australia Post for parcels; please click the link in the shipping confirmation that was emailed to you to check the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to most parts of the world upon request, please contact us via email at hello@maseycosmetics.com.au for a shipping quote.

Please note international deliveries may also have International Customs and Duty Charges that may apply. It would be best to confirm these charges with your local customs office for further information.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please ensure you double check the delivery address as once an order has been dispatched, Masey Cosmetics will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

DISCOUNT CODES

Please ensure any discount codes are entered correctly prior to checkout as if this is missed, we are not able to credit the difference.

GIFT CARDS

All gift card purchases will be sent out electronically to purchaser. Purchaser can then forward the email to recipient. 

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can't reload a gift card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

How do I check the balance?

Please email us at hello@maseycosmetics.com.au and our team will get back to you with the balance details.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

No, you can’t purchase a gift card using a discount code.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Can I get a physical gift card sent?

All gift cards are sent out electronically. We do not currently issue physical gift cards.

Can I customize the amount for a gift card purchase?

We do not currently accept customized amounts for gift cards.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue. The date of issue can be found on your purchase confirmation.
